Prepared for this application. The company’s legal identity, supplier details and applicable service terms need owner review before public launch.
Website and workspace access
Use this website and your account for lawful business purposes. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and should tell us if you believe it has been accessed without permission.
Proposals and service agreements
Website descriptions explain possible services. They do not replace a signed proposal or service agreement. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, price, support coverage and acceptance criteria are agreed for each project before work begins.
Your project responsibilities
Provide accurate information, timely decisions and the access needed for agreed work. Your project agreement should explain what happens if required information or approvals are delayed. Changes to scope must be reviewed and agreed.
Service prices and invoices
Prices are confirmed in your proposal. Invoices show the agreed work, dates, amounts and any applicable tax. Payment deadlines, deposits, cancellation terms and accepted payment methods must be agreed in writing. This workspace records invoices and payment status; it does not process card payments.
Ownership and third-party services
Your agreement should state ownership of deliverables and any licence conditions. Third-party software, subscriptions, domains and hosting may have their own terms and fees. Do not share material you do not have permission to use.
Messages and conduct
Use project conversations respectfully and for relevant work. Do not upload or send unlawful, harmful or unauthorised material. Access may be restricted where needed to protect the service or investigate misuse.
Availability and support
We aim to maintain reliable access. Maintenance, supplier outages or other events may affect availability. Support hours and service commitments are those stated in your service agreement.
Liability and consumer rights
Liability, warranties and remedies for purchased services must be specified in the service agreement. Nothing in these website terms is intended to exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and disputes
Raise concerns with your project contact or [email protected] so we can try to resolve them. The governing law and dispute process for a service should be set out in the signed agreement.
