A simple explanation of the browser information used by this application.
The its_session cookie keeps you signed in to the customer or admin workspace. It is private to the server and cannot be read by website scripts. It expires after eight hours or when you sign out. Secure transport is required for the production cookie.
The its-cookie-notice-v1 item in local browser storage remembers that you acknowledged our essential-cookie notice. It expires after six months. You can reopen the notice using the Cookies button or remove the saved item through your browser settings. No advertising or analytics consent is recorded because this application does not currently load those trackers.
Verification codes and account checks are handled on the server. A verification code is not stored as a browser cookie.
This application does not add advertising or analytics trackers. If these are introduced later, the policy and consent controls must be updated before non-essential tracking begins.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies prevents account sign-in. Public service pages remain available without signing in.
